We just ended our first summer with our pool, and we thought it would be a good time to drop you a quick note. We wanted to express to you how pleased we were with the service and product provided by your company. Everyone was very easy to deal with, returned calls, and kept us informed. I would like to take this time to commend Mark for making the effort to come out and straighten our pool. Our oak tree was dropping seeds into the pool and staining the floor so we were concerned. Mark got into the pool and hooked up our rayvac, added chemicals and scrubbed the bottom of the pool. The stains are now gone. This was a fine example of going above and beyond the call of duty as the tree residue was not your responsibility. We are enjoying the pool and guests are in awe at how well you guys designed it. Sunrise Pools have been very professional with respect to their expertise, talents, and design from the beginning of the sale of the pool to the final completion including the start-up.
